Upon coming into town on 2/4/26, I needed care and this center was GREAT! It was clean and there was no wait. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse to the doctor was AMAZING and kind. Everything was handled professionally and quickly. I’m so grateful I found this urgent care! Thank you Marleen, Evelyn & Crystal Ryder, PA-C! Edited to add: I did call on 2/7/26 to find out some info about a culture and the front desk receptionist who answered was very rude and just wanted to hang up. I had to push hard to speak to the doctor on call as I was with my doctor at home and needed to find out answers. The doctor on call was very nice but the front desk person was nasty.
I recommend this Care now Urgent care. The front office staff (Maria) to the Nurse( Evelyn) were so kind and helpful. Dr. Crystals Ryder PA-C took her time and really checked my son. She gave us the best medication to help my son get better quickly. We didn't have to wait long and they got us in & out quickly but effectively. Plus they are the only Care Now that is 24hrs and close to my house. 5 stars 🌟 💫💫💫💫We thank all of you!
pretty straightforward walk in experience. very helpful upfront, and only took about 20 min from entry to be called into the back. as for the actual check up process the wait was a bit long but as most doctor’s offices are. In my case I went for an ear infection and while I was happy to get my prescription and diagnosis I kinda wish there was a more thorough examination as it seemed fairly quick especially the check on my non effected ear. overall though id say a 7.8/10 experience.
The wait time was less than ten minutes. The administration and physician were outstanding. Their service was informative and efficient, and they were extremely professional.
We needed medical care due to a bad cold while traveling in the U.S., and we used our insurance through Doctor Now – they were simply amazing and helped us quickly, accurately, and professionally. The staff at CareNow Clinic were extremely polite, kind, and professional. Even though English isn’t our native language, they were patient and understanding, and we really felt that they cared. Everything was handled efficiently, the diagnosis was spot-on, and the overall experience was excellent. We definitely recommend this clinic - but hopefully you’ll never need to visit! 😄
