Disappointing experience from a worn out car wash that offers NO amenities. I just got a new truck and I was excited that I found a conveyor belt car wash so close to my house. Ive destroyed every wheel on my previous car with those roller chain style car washes that pull you through it and grind your wheels on the guides. So I was really hoping for a good experience. I'm sure the place was great when it opened. But its clear that the management isn't maintaining the equipment and have fallen behind the times to compete with the other car washes. I signed up for the free wash that puts me on the mailing list. And it was supposedly the top tier wash. The place was oddly empty. I was the only one there when I arrived. The employee came out and waved my phone with a QR code at the kiosk, handed it back and walked away. Not a word said after I mentioned I have a free wash code. Lined up and started down the tunnel. Another employee brushed the grill and windshield like you would expect. Then I started to notice things were a little off. Lights were out. High pressure spinning nozzles were stuck in place and half way clogged up. Something happened and a loud warning alarm went off as the entire wash shut down for about 6 seconds. Like a breaker was tripped or something. It finished and I parked at a vacuum station. And that's when I saw my untouched, dirty tailgate. No towels. No compressed air. No bug juice. No glass cleaner. No air freshener. Just a covered place to park and a vacuum. I did see a dog wash station but that's the most stressful place to wash a dog if you ask me. I would NEVER do that to a dog. I wanted to like this place so badly. Looks like I'll just save my money and hand wash it myself. Attached are pictures of the dirty tailgate and bumper.
Lisa was fantastic! After coming off the road it was nice to have a helpful and friendly face and my neighborhood car wash. It’s one less chore I have to do myself. Thanks CARisma Wash! See you next time LISA!!
Marcos and Alitca were kind, helpful and very professional. I come here often, but I will come here even more now ! The car wash does a great job. Soft brushes that do not scratch your car.❤️ I highly recommend this car wash!!
Great carwash with friendly staff. The wash was very easy to use and my car was clean after going through it. There were fresh towels available for drying and the vacuum I used worked. Overall a very positive experience.
