Every time I’ve been here everyone has been kind, helpful, and personable. They come up with ideas and listen to your budget constraints. They can look at past purchases to help lost husbands find something that will work. I will return next time I need nice, rare, and/or estate jewelry.
Meghan was wonderful to work with from our first appointment of discussing and explained the resetting of my diamond ring, her knowledge was excellent. All my questions were answered throughout and the ring was ready on time and perfect. All the people are so friendly and helpful at Carreras Jewelers, they are the best!
I absolutely love shopping here. I have worked primarily with Amy, but every single person here goes out of their way to make sure that I feel welcome and that I have the help I need to make an informed purchase. Their jewelry is stunning and I honestly haven’t found a better shop in Richmond. I love buying jewelry for my wife, and sometimes I need some help figuring out what I want and what styles are currently popular. They take so much time walking me through all of the displays and helping me find something that is both stunning and in my budget. Would highly recommend shopping here, especially if you want personalized service and a large variety.
Carreras performed two jewelry appraisals for me - from booking the appointment through the appraisal process, they were great! Easy to schedule, prompt work, comprehensive report, and reasonably priced for the amount of effort. Will definitely be using them in the future for all jewelry-related needs.
Carreras Jewelers has provided me with excellent customer service over the last several years. They are always pleasant and greet me with a smile. They have also taken care of my every need whenever I visit them and their communication between visits is amazing. On a more personal and individual note, Sally is the best. I never worry about anything once I put my trust in her abilities. I won’t go anywhere else!
