Exceptional Service. I am highly pleased with how carstar handled my car repair. They communicated very well with me as well as my insurance throughout out the process. Entire process was smooth and got my car back on time promised and looks as good as new. I highly recommend them.
It Wouldn’t Be Soooo Bad, But It Took Almost 3 Weeks To Repair And Replaced, The Lower Section Of My Grill, It Was Quoted $1,148. For The Repairs, The Day I Picked-Up My Vehicle, The Price Jumped, To Over $1,400. Dollars ? This I Felt, Was Very Wrong ! How Could The Price Jump, To Over $1,400. Dollars. I Had Two Other Quotes, Hundreds Less That Were GM Licensed Mechanics ! And I Should’ve Been Informed Of The Increase, Prior To Picking-Up My Vehicle ? Since The Cost Of The Repairs , Was Significantly Lower, Than The Price, Originally Quoted ? This Had Me scrambling, To Raise The Additional $300. Dollars ?
The service was great no details were left out… I was notified with all details involving each process/ phase my car was going into… The owner Will was very pleasant and last but not least SAMMY DID HIS THING ON MY CAR!!! KUDOS TO YOU GUYS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAR STAR♥️
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE they kept my fiancés car here for some work and my car ended up being totaled. They did absolutely ZERO SERVICE! They charged me $3700 for SIMPLY KEEPING MY VEHICLE THERE! $200 A Day for 2 weeks! No RECEIPT! ! NO WORK WAS DONE ! IM A DISABLED COMBAT VETERAN AND MY FIANCE IS MY CAREGIVER, THIS CRIPPLED MY BANK ACCOUNT! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! I HAVE CONTACTED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND MY LEGISLATION!
This auto body shop was recommended by the third-party insurance company after someone hit my car, and I’m really glad I followed through with them. I initially came in for an estimate, but decided to let them do the work—and they did not disappoint. There were a few hiccups with the insurance process, but the shop kept communication open the entire time and made sure I was updated and supported throughout. When it was time to pick up my car, the owner went above and beyond by staying a little past closing so I could return my rental and get my car back before the holiday week. That small act of grace saved me from paying for extra rental days. When I got my car back, I was amazed—it looked just as good, if not better, than it did before the accident. To top it off, the inside and outside were both detailed, which I didn’t expect at all. That extra touch really showed the level of care and pride they take in their work. Highly recommend this shop for their quality service, excellent communication, and thoughtful customer care
