We had the best experience with this flower shop! Maria is extremely talented. She did the florals for my daughter’s Sweet 16, along with the décor and full coordination, and everything was absolutely beautiful. Her attention to detail is incredible, she truly brought our vision to life and made the entire process stress-free. Maria is the best, and I can’t recommend her enough!
GO HERE! This is a wonderful flower shop (florist) that is so very reliable, friendly and awesome. Impeccable service by Maria. (*I had previously called other flower shops in the area that were dissapointing). I am so very happy that I found Priscilla's Flower Shoppe. Choose this business, You will Not be disappointed! The staff was so kind and helped us pick the right flowers for mother's day. They were on time and flexible, open 7 days a week. The prices were reasonable and flowers were unique. We had a lot of questions about maintenance and they were very patient with us. We will be coming back!
Just had a great experience here at Pricilla's. We ordered 3 bouquets for Mother's Day and she helped us pick out exactly what we wanted and what was in our price point. We got to choose what colors went into them. Everything was on time and she explained how to make them last as long as possible. When we picked them up they looked even better than expected! We had a great experience here and will absolutely be back!
Valentine’s Day my boyfriend Alex had preordered a bouquet of Purple flower arrangement with Butterflies and a crown. He went and picked them up. He saw the arrangement ready to go on the counter in the back. They had him waiting there for well over 20min. Helping everyone else walking in and out. He then notices the flower arrangement was moved then a lady comes up and asks how can she help him. He lets her know he’s there to pick up the flowers that were just sitting there. She asked ok what is the name? He says Alex. She then tells him oh someone picked them up already. How? If I’m here picking them up. He then asked what did you do with the arrangement that was sitting there that clearly had my girlfriend’s name on the ribbon! Same arrangement that was texted to me informing me the arrangement was ready?. (See pics attached) she then ignored him. He then asked ok so what am I supposed to do now?? She shrugs her shoulders and says I don’t know…They wouldn’t help him any further. Such poor deceiving customer service. Horrible experience. Never again will we come back here. As we were recommended by the lady who goes and helps the business as she goes to my Boyfriends restaurant on N O’Connor. WHERE ARE MY FLOWERS! He felt lied to. Very deceiving with these people!
