Cat Folx watched our cats for 2 weeks over the holidays and they were fantastic!! Wilma and Sheryl-Lyn both took great care of them! They were super responsive and communicative, and sent lots of pictures of the cats😸 We also liked that Wilma did a visit beforehand and our cats immediately loved her! Also while we were gone our litter robot broke, and Wilma went above and beyond and brought a separate temporary one for us. 10/10, will definitely be repeat customers and recommend highly :)
I booked Cat Folx at the last minute when a family member couldn't stay with my cat Jack. Wilma visited with Jack & me the next day. She and other team members fed & played with Jack ... also cleaned his litter box & refreshed his water. Their posts after every visit kept me in the loop. I enjoyed my trip knowing that Jack had care from top-notch, knowledgeable people who really love animals.
Wilma was amazing with our two boys; got the shy one to warm up by the second day and the daily updates definitely put our mind at ease. She was also willing to add on an extra visit when our flight home was delayed by 11(!!) hours. Will definitely be returning.
Wilma and her team were fabulous in caring for our cats over 6 weeks! They are so flexible, personalized to your cats and home needs, and easy to work with, literally zero stress when updates would come up. The photo journals after every visit are wonderful. We would look forward to seeing the latest photos and updates while out of town. It is so clear that Wilma and her team are animal lovers and genuinely connect with each of their little charges. Absolutely recommend!
