Great place to burn off energy during the winter months. Could use more staff and possibly an actual adult who has some sense of urgency. Don’t plan to relax because somehow someone always gets hurt lol. A kid told my son that he was going to come kill him tonight after they bonked heads.. so that’s concerning but it’s not the establishments fault. 😬

My kids like it fine. It always feels dirtier than other places of the same type. I don’t love how much stuff you need a staff member for and there is rarely staff (or enough staff) to make use of it. Also, they are very particular about having THEIR socks so not just grip socks but THEIRS

This place has not been well maintained in some time. The pictures are not accurate as to the condition of the amenities. You no longer launch on the tube slide and have to climb up the short ramp to the landing zone. Staffing is not adequate to ensure safety of kids in all areas, specifically the tube slide is not monitored. I was not able to prevent a kid launching before my child had cleared the slide. When I brought that to the attention of staff they seemed indifferent.

I have done group parties here twice. And both times were disappointed. Mainly, I believe the staff members are not well trained. We paid $35pp for 2hr jump and get a private room. I have 4 kids and have done crazy amount of parties everywhere. Typically, you get the full 2hr jump (just like SkyZone, Chucke Cheese, and Family Fun Center) and then one hr eating time in the room. But not here at Catapult. You get EXACTLY 2hr in the room, kids can go in and out. That means, you do NOT get the 2hr jump. You ONLY get two hour eating + jump time. But, the worst part is that the staff member TOOK FOREVER to check the kids in. The kids did NOT start jumping until half hour later. In other words, we GOT 1.5hr to jump and eat (45min jump + 45min eating session). That's very little time indeed. Another disappointment was that we got the 10-people package but we ended up having 15 kids in the party. So, we paid an extra 5 people (@ $25pp). I asked if these 5 kids will get pizza and an arcade card just like the other 10 kids in the party. The staff member said NO. You would need to pay extra if you want food for these 5 kids. We ended ordering an extra pizza and were NOT ABLE to GIVE an arcade card to EVERYONE in the party. That's sad. For that CRAZY price, you would think you would get a party host following you around JUST like other places. NOPE!! I had to go back and forth from the party room to the front desk (4-5 times) asking for extra plates, extra cups. I had to bring the PIZZAS to the room myself because the front desk attendant said he was busy at the front and no one else was available. I did get 50% off from being a Diamond member. I would have been PISSED if I had to pay full price for this kind of service...

So much fun. Went on a Sunday evening and it was quieter, still lots of families but not overwhelming. Staff was attentative, kind and adhered to good sanitation regs. My only request is give this place some tlc. Some of the areas have holes/broken. It looks like such an amazing place and my kids loved it. But definitely needs some patch ups and better financial support so it can get top equipment. I’ll go here over any other indoor play area for the price and to support tlc efforts.
