I used Caterina Ranieri, PC to obtain a court order for my father's BC and OATs which were needed due to misspellings. Caterina was confident she would be able to help (even when I was dejected) and very responsive to every email I sent (and I sent a lot). I HIGHLY recommend her! You won't be disappointed. If not the person named, New York State’s certificates can only be issued through a court order. For 15 years I tried to secure the order on my own with no success.
