William at Cathcart Roofing did a great job repairing our broken guttering. Communication was excellent throughout — he even sent video updates so we could see exactly what was being done. The work was completed to a high standard and finished earlier than expected. Really professional service and would happily recommend.
I had a leak in a gutter that had been patched up before but I needed it fixed properly. I contacted Cathcart Roofing and Willie came out to look at the problem. He tried to fix it there and then but it turned out that the gutter was slightly too short and a section had to be replaced. He came back the next day and finished the job promptly. He didn’t charge me any more than originally quoted despite having to come back a second day. I would highly recommend the professional and friendly service.
First used Cathcart Roofing to clean gutters. I’ve just used them again recently to renew all the ridge tiles on my main roof. Willie was so helpful explaining what needed done, taking photos and keeping me updated with their work. Good job well done. Would highly recommend them.
Always a great service. We’ve had a number of different issues with our roof over the years, big and small, and Cathcart Rooofing have resolved them all. Willie at Cathcart Roofing gets back in touch quickly, keeps you up to date and most importantly gets the work done to a really high standard.
I cannot recommend Willie and his team enough, he was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and was honest with his feedback and recommended. He managed to fit our roof in around other jobs and the work was to a high standard. Communication was good at all times with video progress updates provided which was a great touch. The overall job from stripping the old roof to fitting the new roof took just over 2 & a half days which was just incredible! Fantastic around experience on what could have been a very stressful experience.
