Very nice boutique! Love their clothes, they have a lot of options, my favorite are dresses and tops. The jewerly is great too! The customer service is excellent, the manager is super sweet.

Overall horrible costumer service. This experience could’ve been avoided with better training and explanation of purchase and return policies to the costumer. I purchased three items from here on July 8th, 2021, then realized I sized up on two of the items due to the time rush since closing time was approaching. The worker was unbothered and did not know how to carry the check out process. Right away, on July 9th, 2021, not even 24 hours later I went back to exchange the items. The same worker from the day before greeted me. I explained to her that the dress I got I wanted to exchange for a different dress and that I wanted to fully return the other item I bought because it turned out to NOT be labeled as a XS, S, M, L, or XL. No sign of what the size of the product was. Then she tells me the item was actually on sale, when the day before she told me it wasn’t, and that it was a final sale so she couldn’t give me my money back at all. Instead of receiving a refund on the bathing suit and a refund in the price difference in the dresses, instead she gave me a store gift card. Both times she was speaking on the phone, on speaker, to her coworker because she did not know what to either time. The clothes were cute, but I was extremely disappointed with the way the situation was handled. All I wanted was a refund, not a gift card.
