FIVE STAR REVIEW***** I had body work done on my car in April 2025 and I still think about how happy I am with the process, service, and quality when I get into my car nearly a year later so had to share a few quick comments --- I cannot recommend CB Collision highly enough! *Ricky* was absolutely fantastic. He is communicative, helpful, and made navigating the insurance process stress-free for me. The quality of work was impeccable, and everyone was genuinely kind and professional. What really blew me away was when I had trouble getting to the rental car location and the owner personally stepped in to help. That level of care is incredibly rare. Outstanding work, exceptional communication, and people who truly care.
If you’re having a problem, I cannot recommend this shop more. It’s the most communicative shop I’ve ever worked with. Keith is great and made sure I was super happy with the repair. I’ve had bad luck with body shops in the past and couldn’t be happier with the work and service I received 2023 pearl white Honda civic
When looking at repair shop options with my insurance company, this one was rated highest, and for good reason! Ricky might be one of the kindest people in the world, and he was so communicative and helpful to us. Having to get a car repaired is just inherently inconvenient and disruptive, but they did so good minimize that and make this a pleasant experience.
This shop did a fantastic job on my car - had it looking better than it did brand new. Every other shop I spoke with in town told me it would be a month before they could even look at my car, but CB got me in immediately and fixed some pretty extensive damage within a few days. It took insurance longer to get back to them about the updated estimate than it did for them to actually fix the car. There is an Enterprise location nearby, and they will shuttle you back and forth when you drop your car off. I worked with Keith - he was incredibly kind and helpful, and kept me updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs body work done, absolute professionals and extremely kind.
This shop treated me with kindness, had great communication while working on my vehicle, and the quality of the work is outstanding. They were transparent about issues and timely with the repair. I would highly recommend their services!
