Dean and Gary did an excellent job installing our new garage door opener. I could tell that we were in great hands as soon as they arrived. They were friendly, explained my options clearly, and worked diligently. We are so happy with our new garage door opener. Who knew a knew a garage door opener could WOW me! I love the camera surveillance, and it’s so nice and quiet. I am thankful we chose Cedar Park Overhead Doors!
We reached out to Cedar Park Overhead Doors after our daughter "pulled a little too close" to our garage. 😐 We were able to get fantastic guidance from the service folks who provided us with the most cost-effective solution. When it came time to install, Leo and Joseph showed up and took such great care while replacing our door panels. I have a very customized garage, and they perfectly worked around all my customizations. They were so polite and considerate. They provided me with a layout (including measurements) of the door hardware which I was able to use after the door was painted. They made the repair process so much better! I'm a long-time fan of CPOD and would highly recommend them!
Excellent service from the sales department to the techs Nate S and Luke P that came out. They did an amazing job. We purchased a LiftMaster 98022 Door opener for both of our garage doors. It’s amazing! It’s quiet, has Wi-Fi and a backup battery in case the electricity goes out. We did have to get an electrician to put in outlets near the side of the garage door and run the low voltage lines for the opener remote and eyes. Surprisingly, not many electricians do low-voltage🤔. Nate S was awesome in explaining on how everything worked. He originally came out to assess my issue with the door, not properly opening. I felt he was very honest and explained everything in detail of what the problem was. Will definitely use these guys again for our garage needs.
Connor and Bryan did an outstanding job fixing and tuning our garage door today. They clearly explained what went wrong and how they fixed it, which I really appreciated. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude stood out. The door now runs smoother and quieter than ever. Highly recommend Connor and Bryan for anyone needing reliable garage door service!
Jonathan Lindley did an outstanding job presenting purchase options to replace my existing doors with improved insulated Clopay doors, adding lites and modern Liftmaster motors. He also promptly measured and prepared my estimate and contract. Tabitha Hadwin promptly scheduled my installation when the materials were ready. She was efficient and friendly. And finally Jeremy Hadwin installed my new doors. He and Casey did an impeccable job. Jeremy called me 30 minutes before arrival. They arrived on time. Their workmanship is first rate. Jeremy configured the MyQ app and made sure I was aware of the warranty on my new equipment in addition to leaving manuals and other paperwork. I couldn’t be more pleased.
