Customer service was great. I brought my son’s iPad to have the screen repaired and was quoted 100 bucks prior to the appointment. When I finally brought it in, I was quoted an additional $10 Which wasn’t a big deal. When I picked up the iPad they added an extra protective screen to my son’s iPad to honor the $100 quote. Very honorable . I will return!
This store was a life saver. My son's PS5 stopped displaying on the TV and it was the HDMI port that needed replacing. After calling on a Sunday, we were able to drop the PS5 off Sunday afternoon and it was ready ahead of schedule on Monday. Ratul was extremely nice and respectful. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The PS5 is back working well if not better than before. I'll recommend cellfix plus to anyone who has an issue with their gaming console. THIS PLACE IS GREAT! He fixed my IPad for me and threw in a free screen protector, and gave great discount on fixing my iPhone. Really fast and they have great customer service and make sure you understand everything.
I had an amazing experience at Cell Fix! I came in with a damaged screen on my Google Pixel and they took care of it quickly and professionally. The staff was knowledgeable and very honest about pricing, also explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. My phone looks brand new and the turnaround time was even faster than I anticipated. Their service and customer care are truly top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need help again!
