JR meticulously reviewed all my documents, ensuring their accuracy and providing detailed explanations. This year, I was filing with a W2 and 1099 from Uber, and JR diligently reviewed all relevant information to maximize my refund. My tax preparator was ELBA. If you're thinking of using their services, I would highly reconsider. The lady seems nice but due to her putting in my info incorrectly, I still haven't received my tax return. I get that this could of been an honest mistake but me asking her multiple times if she made sure my info was correct after she said she was 100% sure it was correct and to "be patient", is unacceptable and unprofessional. It was after 8 months of me "patiently" waiting that I got some advice from another source, that I found out what the problem was and no thanks to her. Still to this day I am currently waiting. "Patiently".
Truly, if i could rank this office and the team higher than 5 stars i would!!!! 10/10!!! First time with this office and filing my returns with them and WILSON was amazing!!! Wilson took the time to go over all my documents, made sure they were filled out properly, and explained everything thoroughly for me to completely understand as this year, I was filing as a small time business owner! Wilson made sure to go over everything and make sure i receive my max refund! I can’t thank Wilson enough for his time and attention to detail! Everyone in the office is incredible and this was by far THE BEST TAX EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I will definitely be using them from now on !!!
