I took my MB GLK 250 Bluetec in for it's B service. Desmond was very helpful and the service was completed professionally and properly. No surprises or up selling. Very honest and excellent service

Brought C300 Benz to Central for the first time to have the front axle shafts replaced and they quoted me a fair price. When they began work they kept calling me back with bad news. Terry was empathetic and explained everything clearly and laid out all my options. Ultimately, what would have been $3200 job ended up costing close to $6000. It would have been even more but Terry, found ways to save money and offered me some discounts on labour if I chose to get all the issues fixed at the same time. Work was done fairly quickly considering I brought my car in around labour day weekend. Now my car is working just fine with no complaints. Even though I wasn't expecting to pay almost twice the price I was initially quoted, I still had a decent experience all things considered. I believe they were fair, honest and treated me with care. I would take my car back there again.
I had a great experience at Central Auto with my Mercedes ml350. The team was upfront, honest, and never tried to push extra services I didn’t need. They explained everything clearly and only recommended what was truly necessary for the car. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that values honesty over upselling. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service.
