I am very satisfied with the services provided by Randy from CertaPro Painting Co. The team was punctual, professional, communicative, and maintained a clean work environment throughout the project. They were extremely thorough and delivered high-quality results. In particular, they did an excellent job addressing extensive smoke damage in an apartment caused by an occupant smoking inside the unit. The workmanship met and exceeded expectations. I would not hesitate to use CertaPro Painting Co. again and would recommend their services to others.
We LOVE our updated space! It's been elevated in a way (wainscoting and painting) we'd never be able to do on our own. So many thanks to Rich, Danny, and Junior for bringing our vision to life. Truly professional work and communication (Thanks to Nicole, as well, for keeping everything in line and on track!) We'll definitely be reaching out for future projects.
Was a great overall experience working with Rich Carmosino and his team. They responded immediately to my inquiry, provided a comprehensive and well-priced estimate (the most affordable of the three we considered), and were able to start right away for the quick turnaround needed. The work was done well, the crew was super accommodating, and all went to plan. Would highly recommend!
CertaPro painted my wood gutters, some cedar shingle siding, and other trim. They did a very good job. Rich, the owner, viewed the house and pointed out areas in need of work that I had missed. He gave me a thorough, detailed proposal at a fair price, including a good deal on the highest-quality Sherwin-Williams paint. Rich and his assistant Nicole patiently revised the proposal several times for changes to the work. The job supervisor, Sanderson, identified a few more areas I had missed that needed to be painted. But at no time did Rich or Sanderson try to sell me work I didn't need. In fact, Sanderson did more touch-up and repair than I expected. The workers finished on time and were careful to clean up and not to damage plants or property. My only criticism is that some communication could have been better -- the workers showed up for power washing a day earlier than they had told me, but fortunately I was home. The entire job, from proposal to final inspection, was meticulous and professional. Highly recommended.
Working with Rich, Nicole and Ronaldo of CertaPro on my condo interior paint job was one of the best home improvement experiences I've ever had. Rich scoped out the job and provided the estimate; Nicole kept everyone in touch and fleshed out the details (even while I was unsure of date for the paint job); and Ronaldo and his team were excellent painters — professional, efficient and neat. They did a beautiful job and I enjoyed working with them. I would use CertaPro again for sure.
