So far I’ve had my couches cleaned. They did such a phenomenal job, that I decided to have them come back and do my carpets. The communication was quick and they were on time and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend CGT! (Couches are still drying but they look brand new! And I have a dog that sheds a lot! So these look amazing!)
We had a rush request and looking for someone to do a quick cleaning of an area rug and stairs for us the same day as we had guests the next day and needed the work done immediately. I found another company on nextdoor and called them, but they could not fit us in on a short notice on the same day. However, they recommended CGT and spoke very highly of them, asked us to call CGT and see if they can fit us in. It is a good sign when CGT’s competition speaks highly of them and recommends their work. I Called CGT and received a quick response, since our job was a small and quick job they were able to fit us in between their jobs and showed up on time. Communication was great and price quoted over the phone was fair. Upon arrival they quickly got to work and finished the job as expected. They met all our expectations: Respectful to our home, good communication, on time and a work well done. We will be using them at least once a year going forward.
I called and was able to get my carpets cleaned the next day, so very appreciative of their flexibility for scheduling. They did a quick and excellent work specially on my very filthy stairs after months of doggy messy paws. They were also very kind and flexible as I added my downstairs rug to the job. Will definitely be working with them again.
CGT Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery is awesome! Derrick, Cedric, and John did an amazing job cleaning my sofas, carpets, chairs, and tile floors — everything looks brand new again! These guys are super nice, respectful, and just have the best energy. They work so hard and really care about what they do. My floors haven’t looked this good in years! Couldn’t recommend CGT more — they’re the best! 🙌
