Chaplus Modern Tea Room was a huge disappointment. The entire experience felt unprofessional from start to finish, and I was especially concerned with how unsanitary the owner, Tina, appeared to be while handling things. It made me really uncomfortable and ruined the visit. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about basic cleanliness or customer service.
Chaplus Modern Tea Room is a hidden gem! I absolutely loved the creative menu, they offer way more than your typical bubble tea shop. The drinks are super aesthetic and thoughtfully crafted, especially the ones with cheese foam and fresh fruit. I tried the strawberry matcha and the brown sugar boba latte, both were rich, balanced, and not overly sweet. The vibe inside is modern and cozy, with a relaxing atmosphere perfect for hanging out or studying. Staff were friendly and helpful, and service was quick even though the place was fairly busy. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for high quality tea with a trendy twist!
Best THAI TEA!!! It is delicious. I loved it. Service is fast and very friendly. Great location walking distance from Anaheim convention center. I came here 3 times while i was at a work conference. I totally recommend.
Today was our second time here, we visited for the first time yesterday. Both of the days we’ve had very good service, the staff was very welcoming and engaging. The coffee was good, we had the Vietnamese coffee made with condensed milk. Today we tried the strawberry Nutella bubble waffle! It’s not overly sweet but delicious. Love the ambiance of the shop!
