Legit WASTE of TIME & MONEY 😭 ugh - I do not want to sound like a “Karen” which is why I’ve refrained from leaving a review - but honestly if it could help someone else maybe it’s worth it. I did the Pico Laser supposedly to help “fade” my two small flat moles that I have on my nose. The downtime was almost like TWO WEEKS & I paid around like $500 for both to “fade” with the treatment. And of course, did NOT FADE AT ALL. I was told it should fade at least a bit which I expected but literally looked the same if not DARKER?? And was told she did not “go deeper just in case of how I would react to the treatment” but of course I had to PAY AGAIN to do another round for it to “MAYBE” fade AGAIN? (I DID NOT do it again) - and instead recently went to SEOUL KOREA where they did the treatment with a co2 Laser for like $60 FOR BOTH MOLES - and BOTH ARE NOW FADED !! (NO DOWNTIME !!) Never again will I get a treatment here in the US because it seems like a lot of people are just not experienced as they claim to be and especially for the amount of money being spent. I legit regret coming here SO much because I could’ve just used that money towards doing it in Korea like I ended up doing anyways.
My wife came in and got the peel and told me she doesn't want to come back because of Shine. She told me Shine was late, touching dirty things with her gloves then touching her face. She said talked to her in a condescending manner. I spent a lot of money on this peel to make my wife happy only for her to leave out upset.
I've been coming here since August and it has definitely been a great experience. Andrea and Shyne are so sweet and just make the whole experience comfortable and relaxing . I've seen a significant change in my skin and have even started to get compliments on my skin 😍I have a skin care routine now which i never had before and their products actually work compared to brand names and routines ive used in the past . I'm definitely a continued customer now and highly recommend them
Went to get a peel with shine and she was the absolute sweetest ! Also very informative and knowledgeable. I'm so happy she recommended the level 1 peel first. All 3 girls in the office were very friendly and kind. I highly recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience here. Despite informing the therapist that my skin is extremely sensitive, she was far too rough during the treatment, which left my skin irritated. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00, but I had to wait at least 30 minutes before being seen, which was frustrating as I was already in a rush. The treatment was supposed to last 30 minutes, but mine was finished in about 20 minutes. It felt rushed, as if she just wanted to get it over with, and she was not precise or attentive to detail. She even scratched the skin on my nose. Considering the cost, I expected a far more professional and careful service. Unfortunately, the quality did not match the price, and I do not recommend this place.
