Great food, great service!! Our server was fantastic!! (I think her name was Erica or something similar, so sorry!) P.S. This was split, so half of a meal.
Very very impressed. I'm only giving Charleston's four stars because it was pretty darn expensive. But the food quality was excellent. So I'm being kind of crazy here giving them 4 stars even though I've rated it 5 stars and everything else. But it did seem a bit expensive. The service was out of sight. The food quality was top-notch. Nice atmosphere even though it was a little loud in there. We went here on the recommendation of a friend and what a good recommendation it was. I had meatloaf and it was unbelievable! But all the way down to the simple carrots that were on my plate... Oh my God I don't know what they do to those carrots but I could not stop eating them. I didn't personally have dessert but the people who did said it was amazing. And the appetizers were all very impressive. Good job Charleston's I just wish it was a little bit more reasonably priced. No I don't expect the value meal thing or something like that but maybe something that made it a little more financially comfortable at times.
We went here for Christmas dinner with a party of 8. The place was larger than expected and service was great. We had reservations and they had our table ready right on time. The waiter was friendly and accommodating. Food came out timely and was in point for all 8 dishes. I was very impressed as business as the restaurant was with it being a holiday serving and food was awesome. The whole family agreed this would be our new holiday spot🎄🍾🎊
Outstanding. The food was great but I was really impressed watching the staff work with each other. Like ninjas zooming around supporting each other (not just their own tables). Al was great and manager Shelby was nice to chat with.
Date night and a wonderful experience! Niki was awesome and attentive, drinks were great and flowing. She had steak, I had meatloaf...Yes meatloaf and it was great! Not too many places offer meatloaf and if they do it's usually not good. Charleston's is a dope spot, great food and service!
