I had the best experience with this dental office. Everyone from the guy at the front desk (I wish I remembered names!) to the dental hygienist to the dentist himself were so friendly and kind! The dental hygienist was superb, I could tell she is truly passionate about what she does and she educated me throughly throughout the process. I’m so glad I found this place here on google, could not recommend enough!!

Dr Ralph and the staff have been amazingly responsive and even fit me in for an emergency in less than 24 hours. I’ve been to a number of dentists in the area but Charlotte Family Dentistry is the best I’ve come across. Highly recommend!

New to the city of Charlotte, and was recommended Charlotte family dentistry by a friend. It was a great first experience, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable when asked questions. I was seen by Dr. Ma and he was wonderful. Listened well to my concerns and followed up with understanding. Good place for establishing a dentist.

Great Experience! I recently moved to Charlotte and started having significant mouth pain. My son highly recommended CFD. Dr. Ma, his assistant and the front desk staff were very welcoming. Not only did Dr. Ma see me right away, he also arranged for me to see a root canal specialist that same day. I am very appreciative and definitely going back!

This was my first visit to this Charlotte Family Dentistry , and I couldn’t be more impressed! The front desk team was welcoming and made the check-in process easy. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr,Ma took his time to explain everything and did a great job. Everyone was friendly, professional, and caring. I’ll definitely be coming back for more dental work. Highly recommend
