I worried about my roof repairs and had received lots of cards and calls to do the work- but when my daughter let me know she had spoken with a guy named Chris and told him "my mom needs your services", I didn't realize just how much better I would sleep at night. Chris cane into my home and walked me, step by step, thru the entire process and options and made me feel in control and not overwhelmed. The price was super reasonable and everything went exactly as he said. I couldn't be happier with their services... and Chris is pretty dam cool too!
Remarkable Experience! I saw a worker from Charm City Roofing on my block in my Irvington neighborhood in West Baltimore. When I shared my roofing issues with him, he offered to inspect my roof on the spot. The information he provided gave me some knowledge that potentially save me hundreds of dollars on the necessary repairs. The gentlemen was ambitious, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and was willing to go the extra mile even if might not be a potential customer.
We had a great experience working with Charm City Roofing. They replaced our entire flat roof, installed new deck railings, and secured our existing rooftop deck. Mac, the Project Manager, came to our initial meeting and stayed in constant communication during the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. His team did a great job and we are happy with the final results.

Their team expertly removed our Deck-teck roof, repaired our leaks and rotted wood with precision and then efficiently installed not only a beautiful new Deck-tek roof, but installed brand new siding as an upgrade on our house. The crew was professional, the communication was excellent, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Wow Charm City Roofing delivered! I have a beautiful new flat roof and gorgeous new rooftop screened in porch. The work crew was fantastic doing quality work in a short amount of time. Junior and Pedro were fantastic. Mac helped make the project happen in a professional manner. Of course it took some time to get the permits from the city but that is expected. The quote was very reasonable and beat out competitors. They did what no contractor I have seen done and left my premises CLEANER than they found them! By backyard looked great after. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will be calling them back when I need to replace my pitched roof and garage roof and telling others to go with them.
