We had the pleasure of working with Jay and his team on our income taxes this past year. Yen and Lorena were great. Filing taxes can be confusing and seem overly complicated to the layman. That’s why it is important to have someone professional who has the experience and expertise to make sure everything is accounted for, all rules/laws are followed, all boxes are checked and everything is filed properly. Communication is also very important to me; it is critical to me that my accountant is easy to reach when I have a question or need further information on something, as the work they are doing is very important and I want to make sure I fully understand everything that is being done. Yen was always available either by email or phone and would reply to my questions very promptly. Lorena’s communication was also fantastic; she provided regular updates that were very much appreciated. Overall, it is clear that the team at Jay Finn CPA understand the importance of the job they do, and this shows through their work ethic, timeliness and benevolence toward their clients.
