Everyone that worked with me was great. Donny gave me a ride home while I waited for my car to be serviced. We both grew up in Wylie so conversation was really good. Jared explained what my car needed in detail and took into consideration my finances. The staff that worked on my car did a great job, my car drives really smooth after the service. To be honest I was nervous about going to an auto repair shop without my husband but I did it. I have to say they are by far, hands down, the most honest and no nonsense group of people I have come across. I look forward to having my car repairs done knowing I am in good hands. Thank you gentlemen for being honest and decent. I will send everyone I know to you. Ladies rest assured you are in good hands here. They did a million point inspection (with pictures) and discovered things that the dealership should have brought to my attention months ago. I will never take my car anywhere else again. You guys gained a customer for life.
I brought my car for a diagnosis due to a cranking noise near the left front tire. Payton was incredibly helpful, and a technician quickly joined me for a test drive to identify the issue. Within just half an hour, I received a comprehensive report, including a vehicle wellness check. The findings were thoroughly explained, and the diagnosis was free of charge. When I returned for the repair, it was completed on time. They even offered a shuttle service to my house! The complimentary drinks in the lobby were a nice touch. I highly recommend this auto shop and plan to return for all my car's service needs.
I came here to say that Christian Brothers Automotive is the place you should go to have your vehicle serviced. They have the most amazing service. Brother Nate and Sister Payton have always showed me amazing service. I came here once in 2024 and I have not stopped coming here since. Even without an appointment they try to fit you in and they do their best to satisfy your needs. God bless this business. They provide detailed reports every time. This is truly a special place. The quotes they give are very extensive and can be somewhat expensive for those who want a lower budget option I would recommend a new place but if you want to take care of your vehicle and have it last for years this is the place to come.
Very professional staff—from the front desk to the technicians, everyone is courteous and efficient. The location is super convenient, and their pricing is great. One of the best parts? Sometimes they even cover the cost of the state inspection themselves! It’s rare to find that kind of customer care these days. Highly recommend for both quality service and great value!
