I had to call to get someone to come out because my furance was making noises it normally doesnt. Zack and Josh came out and found out the issue. I was expecting the worst! They explained everything to me and that they could get it fixed! Overall I am very happy with my experience today!
I highly recommend using Cincinnati heating and air. Zack was awesome and got my heat back on just in time. And also gave me a great deal!! I will definitely use them for any future issues I may have.
We been working with this company for sometime now and I’m pretty happy with them. I’m pretty comfortable talking and working with Technician Zackary. I have a hard time communicating with strangers but he is very patience with me and my explanation on things. I think he is friendly and fair and think for his client which is rare in this days and ages.
My experience with Cincinnati Heating and Air conditioning was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the initial fair estimate to the quick and clean installation, everything was seamless. Elliot, Zack and team truly exemplify customer-centric service, making sure I understood the entire process and answering all my questions with patience. They were professional, efficient. Highly Recommended !
Spoke with Elliott yesterday on our furnace problem. He was friendly, kind, compassionate, and considerate. Concerned for our welfare as it was cold and the heater had died. He squeezed us in for an appointment.Techs John and Dontae came to check my furnace. They were on time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional , and honest. They answered my questions, explained the problems. Impressed with their expertise, we had a new furnace installed Monday. Techs Cameron and David did a a great job installing the new furnace! The guys were a great team working to get the old furnace out, installed the new. Cameron even changed my filter. Great teamwork. Impressed with their workmanship. A few days later, Dontae gave my A/C unit a tune up, He did a thorough job in washing the interior and explained how the unit parts worked. This team of workers excel in their expertise. Highly recommend.
