BEWARE!!! Made my first purchase online on 12/1. Dresser was delivered 12/12. The dresser had several damaged areas which I promptly submitted a claim. A service technician was supposed to come out to my house today but was a no call, no show during scheduled appointment time. I tried for an hour to contact customer service but it’s an answering machine. I called the sales number and KJ told me he couldn’t help me because I purchased it online and not through a sales rep. Repair tech finally came out after waiting 4 hours and he said the dresser wasn’t fixable. Then Joy from customer called me back. I told her I wanted a refund and she first said she could only offer me a coupon for a future purchase. I continued to request a refund. She then said she had to talk to a supervisor to get approval for refund and kept putting me on hold. I’m still waiting for a call back. WHAT KIND OF CIRCUS NONSENSE IS THIS?! Any major furniture company would issue the refund immediately knowing the item is defective and these fools are trying to keep my $$. I recorded the conversations. Unreal….
Amazing experience at City Furniture! Alex Castro is incredibly sweet, patient, and knowledgeable at what he does. He helped me on two different days without ever rushing me, guiding me with care to choose the perfect pieces I needed. Andres, the manager, was also wonderful — such a kind soul with beautiful energy! Together, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy, fun, and enjoyable.
Daniel was awesome! Wanted to get my wife a couch for her birthday, so called yesterday to see how the process worked and then he was right there to assist us when we got it. He walked us around the showroom and got my wife exactly what she wanted, along with an extra dining table and chairs he sold us on. Thank you for the great service! We’ll be back next time.
I had a great experience buying the foundation that I need for my son’s mattress for his new bedroom set. Customer service super helpful and delivery team extremely nice…. Cityfurniture team solves everything that you need for a new home 🙏
