Paul from Class A Jewellers was absolutely amazing. From the original design phase, to the finished result, he captured the exact design I wanted straight away. The service from him throughout the whole experience was perfect. The engagement ring has come out a lot better than I had ever imagined and his knowledge and experience is the best you’ll find. I’ll definitely be coming back to Paul personally to custom make the wedding band to match the beautiful engagement ring he has made for my soon to be fiancé. Thanks!
Well what can I say… I had the pleasure of working with Daniel who made sure we were able to design and craft the most gorgeous engagement ring for my soon to be fiancé. I felt so fortunate and blessed to be able to have been looked after by class A, I felt like I was in good hands from my very first visit, and to my most recent one which was almost a year later. The design process was thoughtful and simple to understand. Daniel was attentive and understood exactly what we were wanting for the ring. Seeing the final result left me speechless, I couldn’t believe how beautiful and well crafted the ring was Thank you Daniel and to the team for helping me make this dream come true. I would recommend anyone to visit Class A if you want to be taken care of.
I was lucky enough to attend the trunk show in Sydney and it was stunning! The space, the flowers, the champagne everything was beautiful! Had the best consultation with Jessica where I learnt a lot and was so easy to make a decision on a new wedding. Was so sweet, the owner and another jeweller (one of his sons) came over to have a chat too; it truely is a family owned business and you can just tell this is their passion! All of the pieces were exactly as pictured on their website and the quality is insane! Support AU made and a family business for your next piece, you will not be disappointed with Class A!
The customer service from Class A jewellers team was wonderful and considerate! I happened to order a very popular ring so my size was unfortunately not immediately available and the team reached out very quickly to let me know and offer alternative options. Team was always quick to answer any questions and provide an update when i reached out and the ring turned out so lovely and even sparklier in person! Looking forward to purchasing more items in the future from Class A.
