Chris went to the fullest extent to help me out and give me great service. He was able to recover some important notes from my past schooling on my computer after water damage. Highly recommend
Despite having “quote request form: Simply complete your details and we will come back to you with a quote to fix or repair your computer equipment or phone.”, was not given a quote and told I had to bring in device for diagnostics. It’s a simple request to replace Apple Watch battery. Gave series & size. Waste of time to fill out form.
Recently I took my phone in due to a malicious virus attack. Chris Booth got rid of the virus and with my o.k., installed an anti-virus program (one that he said Click-Away uses on their own computers). I also ordered a new Dell laptop as the prices at Click-Away are competitive with Amazon and Best Buy; and if you want, after they will set it up and transfer your files and programs from your old computer to the new one, they do sell a plan for their services. This is good if you are not tech-saavy particularly or if you have no time to get problems solved using other companies. Chris was excellent, and though there were a couiple of glitches, he worked through them and was 100% responsive to my computer needs.
