Chris repaired several maintenance issues in a professional, courteous and timely manner. All repairs were completed same day. He kept me informed and updated along the way. I highly recommend his services. I also want to mention my Rental coordinator Maria has a very high level of communication and professionalism. She has been on top of everything to do with the property since day one. I highly recommend Cloverleaf property management for your rental needs.
Me and my partner had just put in an offer on a property with a different management team. They approved us said they’d send us a lease then immediately a day later said “we got a better offer” didn’t even let us protest just left with our application fee and not the decency of a phone call. Flora and the rest of the team at cloverleaf came through for us better than anyone else we’ve worked with. They were quick to answer all of our questions, application fees were fair, and we had a response from the owner and lease signed within a couple of days.
