Damaging my truck. I WANT A NEW LICENSE PLATE. Way to much tire shine, coating your entire wheel & suspension in tire shine. It’s corrosive and has ruined my $3000 black wheels. I’m upset.. Compressed air does NOT work at most bays. This place is a failure and has robbed me of my hard work to keep the truck clean back when I used to hand wash it. A couple visits here and now my truck feels like it been ravaged. In I’m cancelling my membership and advising against this place to everybody with a vehicle nicer than mine. License plate bent every time I come in. They told me to take it off if I don’t want it bent. As they have a pile of license plates sitting inside I’m not letting this go this time. I’m fighting for what’s morally right.
STOP! Do Not Use Club Car Wash Unless You Want Paint Damage I am writing this review to warn other Omaha drivers about the serious and costly damage caused by Club Car Wash. After moving, I decided to join the membership at the 72nd and Sorensen location, having previously had a flawless experience with another local wash, Rocket Carwash. The difference in quality is shocking. In only about four weeks of use, my car developed significant, permanent etching in the clear coat. This is highly aggressive damage, clearly caused by failure in their water filtration or drying process. This is not a minor water spot—it’s irreversible damage that has compromised the integrity of the paint. When I raised this concern to the Club Car Wash staff, they immediately blamed the issue on my car, claiming their system is "top-of-the-line" with reverse osmosis (RO) water. This is an evasion of responsibility, as properly maintained RO water does not cause etching. I have consulted with several professional auto detailers who confirmed the etching and quoted repair costs between $500 and $800 for paint correction. This is the amount I now have to spend simply because I trusted their service. If you are a member or considering joining, I urge you to look closely at your vehicle's paint, as this seems to be an ongoing issue. A car wash should clean your vehicle, not chemically destroy the finish. Club Car Wash needs to take accountability for the damage their faulty system is causing to paying members' vehicles.
1/17/2023 Not Happy. Club Car Wash shortened up its hours. This seems counter-intuitive to me. I need more hours during the winter months when it's dirty on the streets. I dropped by to get my van washed, and they were closed. I've been there in the day, and the lines are fierce. Not Happy. Minus 1 star 🌟. 1/10/2022 Tried this car wash at the recommendation of the guy that detailed our van. The place has only been open under 4 months, but they seem to have things well in hand. The van got clean. The cashier was friendly and efficient. There is a military discount for club members. I'll be back. Was going to VIP, but they closed. Russell Speeders is too pushy about trying to get me started on their monthly plan. I avoid them most of the time.
Quality car washes for a reasonable price. They get you in and out quick. There are several convenient locations in the Omaha Metro area.
