Club Mall stands out as one of the most delightful nail salons I've ever experienced. The talented duo, Selena and Dinak, were simply fantastic! Their warmth and friendliness made my visit a joy, and they worked wonders on my nails and feet. I couldn't have hoped for better service. The salon exudes a welcoming atmosphere and is impeccably maintained. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lexington. A heartfelt thanks to both for an outstanding job!
Came in for a fill and pedicure. I called ahead and was assured it would be fine. I told them I was on a time crunch after I saw it had been an hour and a half for a pedicure. I asked if they could start my fill while my pedicure was being done, the owner yelled at me across the room to tell me no and they couldn’t start them. As people freed up, nobody started my nails. I spent 3 hours at the salon for the worst set of nails and pedicure I’ve ever had. The pedicure was painful and the tech didn’t seem to care when I told him it was hurting me. I also asked for only gel toenails, no massage or anything additional and was ignored and charged the expensive pedicure anyway. I will definitely not be back and am appalled at the way my nails were left.
I’ve visited Club Nails twice, and both times, I was extremely impressed. The staff is gracious, and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. There is an instant feeling of comfort, charm, and warmth; due in most respects because of the staff. The knowledge and expertise is impeccable! Noya and Sunny listen and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I have difficult nails to work with, as I expressed my concerns, I was listened to, and given solutions that proved to be exactly what I needed. The personal interaction, and communication, along with pausing along the way, made sure everything was comfortable, and satisfactory. I’m so happy to have a top notch salon so close by. I’m a solid customer for the future. Quick snapshot photo of the finished manicure, shows the excellent quality and care that was taken to insure that everything was perfect. The pedicure was also just as wonderful.
Vanessa is the absolute best! She did such an amazing job on my nails—I can’t stop staring at them. On top of being super talented, she’s so fun to talk to and makes you feel totally comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!!! 😍🩵
I had Noya do my nails today; full set with French polish. Best nails I’ve had and she was lovely, cheerful and made conversation. Her attention to detail was refreshing. I will ask for her again. Great salon and location. Clean and with a good vibe.
