I recently discovered Coach Specialists in Plano. For years I've used another service company. I worked with David Deerfield and found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful. He and his team isolated and repaired problem with our front dash that has persisted for 4 years. We've had it repaired at least 3 times and it was never properly repaired. They did it. This week, I took my coach in after having it inspected for license. During that inspection, somehow they hit a switch that turned off the front electronics. I was not even aware of the switch (bad on me). He called me today and told me to come get my motorhome. Showed me the switch and what it does....no charge...with a smile! When was the last time you took any vehicle in for service and got a call and said come get it. It's fixed. No charge. Honest people doing good business and making customers for life. If you're an RV owner, you know what a hassle it is to have things break on your coach. I'm confident that I''ve found my service company for the future. Thank you Mr. Deerfield.
Amazing experience! The team made the whole repair process easy and stress-free. My RV looks brand new--paint and bodywork are flawless. Great customer service and finished right on time. Highly recommend!
Took my travel trailer in for a AC repair and decided it was better just to replace the unit for the same labor cost, being that the trailer is eight years old. I wish I knew the young lady’s name that answered the phone when I made my appointment for Service. She was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a ballpark figure for price. This was such a different experience than with my RV dealer and camping world. At Coach Specialists RV repair they give you an appointment to drop off. The service rep, Dave was waiting for me. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. No waiting for someone to have time to talk to you, which is what I have been used to doing when I dropped it off. They gave me an approximate diagnostic time and when I chose my repair, they gave me an accurate pick up time. Again when I returned to pick it up, they had it staged and help me hook it up to my vehicle and I was in and out in minutes. What really blew me away is when I got home to clean it out the RV was completely clean on the inside. No dust, no dirty floors, way above and beyond. The AC unit that Dave recommended is twice as quiet as the one I had. Only concern is I hope they are paying their people well including their technicians because the labor was $179 an hour. We received excellent service at a reasonable price for my RV servicing. The shuttle service they provided made dropping off our vehicle very convenient.
We had some work done on the interior of our RV - new fridge, small repairs, replace dinette with recliners. Every person we worked with through the process was polite, communicative, and great to work with. Andrew, who did the actual work on the RV was amazing. He thought of details I never would have and did a stellar job. Will definitely go back when we need our next jobs done. (Photos are just of the before and after of the dinette to recliners conversion.)
