I cannot recommend Coastal Vet Bundall highly enough. After a frightening and disheartening experience at a specialist hospital where I felt information was withheld and the focus was more on finances than my pet’s health, returning to Coastal Vet was a massive relief. I am a detailed, super protective mum to my 10-year-old Standard Poodle, Milo. Unlike my recent experience elsewhere—where stories contradicted and I was denied copies of my own paid test results—Dr. Adam and Dr. Katie have been the definition of integrity. They are experienced, skilled, and most importantly, transparent. At Coastal Vet, you aren't pressured or embarrassed into decisions; you are given honest, prompt, and friendly service across the board. They truly care about Milo’s well-being, and their clear communication provided the peace of mind I couldn't find anywhere else. They are the only team I trust.
Very clean, nice, new facilities. Friendly reception. Knowledgable vets who are kind and patient. A nice energy there. My chihuahua Romeo normally pulls away from the entrance of other vets we’ve been to but he confidently walks right in to this one! Easy parking, great value with the membership too if your pup is older or has an ongoing medical condition.
So grateful to have found Coastal Vets. Dr Adam was incredible, he found time to see our dog urgently and provided exceptional care. He kept us informed throughout the day, explained everything clearly and showed genuine compassion. We are truly thankful for the care and support we received and couldn’t recommend Coastal Veterinary Hospital more highly.
We recently moved to Coastal vet for our 1 year old Golden Murphy and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Murphy had been diagnosed with epilepsy at 5 months old and has been to the vet lots in her young life, and has particular anxiety around having her blood taken. Upon our first visit with Dr Carla, she was patient, kind and tried to work with Murphy rather than force her for the bloods, a much calmer experience than we were used too. Yesterday Murphy was back in Dr Carla’s care for an upset stomach and suspected obstruction in her bowel. She spent the day with Dr Carla and the team and we were so happy to receive regular updates on her and despite being poked and proded Murphy came home this afternoon better and happier than when we dropped her off, she had lots of attention all day and no doubt thought everyone was just there to pat her and give her cuddles. One of the lovely vet nurses even noticed I was pregnant so helped me get Murphy in the car. So happy we made the change to coastal. Thanks to everyone there; you’re doing amazing work.
We’re so grateful to Dr Carla, Dr Kathryn and Dr Adam for the wonderful care they’ve given to all three of our cats – Marvin, Marley and Orca. Every visit has been met with patience, kindness and genuine care, which makes such a difference when dealing with our fur family. The whole Vet and Nursing team at Coastal Veterinary Hospital is professional, compassionate and always take the time to explain things clearly. We feel very lucky to have such a dedicated team looking after our pets. Highly recommend!
