Tony was a good server, he came in with a great attitude and was willing to help figure out our plates. He gave good suggestions and great feedback on the menu. Knows a lot about all the items as well. Very pleasant, will come back would love to have him again.
While visiting family, they said they’ve been eaten at Cody‘s several times the last few months as it’s got some great specials. The food was good and it was reasonably priced so they took us here. I got the chopped steak with the loaded sweet potato. It was delicious. My wife got the lettuce rapped bacon cheeseburger with fries. Several of our family got Southwest chicken pulled pork sandwich. Said everything was always good. They came and gave a nice tossed salad to everyone at the table and bread with cinnamon butter, which was like dessert it was so good. If we lived in the area, we definitely would be regulars.
Love this place. Our server, Tony, was the bomb. Great service and smile. Loved how we got to meet Vinny, the manager, who made sure that we were happy with our meal. The steak was great & Cody's steak sauce is the best but the rolls are outstanding..... simply fabulous. Honestly, I come for the rolls. They're addictive. I had to get a box to go. I couldn't eat it all!
Lisa was our Server, she was great! But the number of Cody's locations in dwindling! We now have to make a 1 hour drive from Brandon to get to the nearest Cody's in Pinellas County! Wish someone in Management would consider coming back to Hillsborough County! Great old fashioned atmosphere; great food! We really like Cody's!
Our server was friendly, attentive and prompt. Other employees didn't seem to have it together. They kept trying to bring us other people's food. The mozzarella rolls were big, but not much flavor. The prime rib was fine. I did not care for the garlic shrimp. Overall, not impressed and probably wouldn't return.
