**Update, Brain came next day and wow. Pretty much all stains gone. Awesome job. Carpet cleaning- not sure why we paid 150$ for this. I’ll let the after pics speak for themselves.
Had an older client reach out to me regarding cleaning services for a kitchen project we remodeled long ago. Unfortunately we do not provide these services but I referred her to Brian. She informed us the floor looked spotless and refreshed, and expressed how Brian took extra care to make sure everything was done thoroughly. It’s such a comfort to have someone so professional and thoughtful helping out. I highly recommend their services to anyone, especially seniors who appreciate dependable and considerate care.
Booked air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The day after the service I did a load of laundry. The clothes were not drying at all so I went out to look at the outside dryer vent and it was completely clogged with lint. Apparently it had not been cleaned from the outside at all. I had to get on the ladder and pull out the lint myself so I could get my clothes to dry. They did send the technician back out the next day to finish it and were very apologetic but I wouldn’t use them again.
Wow. I'm so glad that I went through with having COIT perform my carpet and dryer vent cleaning. Mack and Brian were excellent technicians. I watched while Brian cleaned my carpet and the difference it was after he was done was absolutely amazing. I had him add the deodorizer as well and so happy I did because it made such a difference. My carpet was not all that wet when he was finished which was a plus! Mack provided pictures and a complete service review of the dryer vent cleaning process once he was finished. I will definitely have them back to perform the rest of my vent cleaning soon. I highly recommend this company and I am glad I decided to move forward with their services.
I had an outstanding experience with COIT thanks to Jackson and Enrique, who came to clean all the air ducts, bathroom exhaust fans, and the dryer vent in my home. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, respectful of the space, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. While inspecting the system, they discovered mold and debris inside some of the boxes—something I never would have known about. They took the time to explain the issue clearly and offered a knowledgeable and effective solution that made me feel both informed and confident in the work being done. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the health of my home really stood out. I deeply appreciate the level of service they provided and would absolutely recommend COIT—especially if you have the good fortune of working with Jackson and Enrique. They’re a fantastic team.
