My experience with College Hunks Hauling Junk was amazing!! Definitely will be using their services again when it comes to more stuff if we need to redo our breakroom again. Ben and Zander were amazing, super nice and very communicative. So fast, I called about 40 mins ago requested some services and boom 20 mins later they were here to help! LOVE IT! 10/10 Thank you so much!
Second time using CHHJ, once at our folks for full home/junk clean out (filled a truck!) and now for strictly labor & assistance with loading our moving truck with BIG and HEAVY items. Justin in the office is amazing, courteous, helpful. This was a short notice request and he totally accommodated us. Highly recommend Ben and Victor for any job - they were the gentlemen that did our moving/truck loading for us. Piano, Refrigerator, bulky Dining Table, Dressers, heavy antiques, and lots more!! They were even kind enough to move some huge plants from our yard into the moving truck👍 They were both prompt, polite, up front with info, amazingly helpful & understanding, and efficient!! Definitely would recommend CHHJ and especially Ben and Victor. And call Justin in the office.... he'll make sure you're set 👍
Gavin and Nick were terrific! Right from the start, they were attentive and completely willing to wear shoe booties. (That doesn’t happen often in my experience.) They weren’t rushed, and when they removed my furniture Nick and Gavin were extremely careful not to nick walls or hit pendant lights. Super nice young men. They took great care while in my home. I will hire them again, and recommend that you ask for them when you make a scheduled pick-up.
Nick and Toby did a great clean job removing a 2 year old oven that I couldn’t sell sitting in my dining room after a remodel that I no longer needed. They were easy to communicate with and gave me a quote to remove the oven and I asked them to give me a verbal quote for taking an old freezer and moving my current refrigerator from my kitchen to the garage. I’m will definitely call them again in the future.
Terrific everything: scheduling (mine was last minute for next morning), communication, punctuality, clarity of service and pricing and value (certainly less than the national company with the TV commercials). The manager, Justin handled my scheduling and the gentlemen Zander and Ben were on time and very engaging. They were super helpful. I particularly appreciated this company’s cooperation with local charities and that items of value and use would definitely get donated. If you’re in the Santa Clara county or South Bay, this local firm is absolutely the way to go for hauling away stuff.
