I was very impressed with the people I dealt with, good people. I was also very pleased with their willingness to work with me. At 70 years old I have dealt with a lot of businesses, none would I give a higher rating to. I was salvaging a 20 year old Rav4 which I didn't care about perfection as much as getting it road worthy and saving money. Looks prefect to me. They kept me informed and always responded promptly.
Recently just got my vehicle back.. it looks brand new thanks to the work collision Masters put it in. There communication throughout the duration of them having my car was amazing! They literally kept me up to date every step of the way!!! I highly recommend there service! Thank you again collision Masters for everything! -kia soul
Excellent customer service throughout the process and the person we dealt with at the New Circle road when retrieving the car was very helpful. They kept me informed about the status of my repair and the car looks fantastic. All of our questions were answered in a timely fashion. I will use them again if we need auto body repair.
Excellent customer service. Excellent body work on my 20 year old VW. Got a free estimate, got quoted a fair price, and scheduled a repair date. The shop immediately communicated when any changes to the quote were proposed. Variety of payment methods.I will definitely return to these guys next time I need any autobody work
Hit a deer with my Baby. I was so sad. I was a little worried about how difficult it would be to get it fixed. They only made this car for 1 year. My insurance company said I could take it anywhere. I chose Collision Masters, bas d off of the reviews. I am so glad I did. My contact person was Chris and he was absolutely perfect. I got to meet several people in the office and everyone is wicked nice. They did all the dealing with the insurance company, easiest process I have ever had. Got me completed from drop off to pick up in a little over 2 weeks. Absolutely perfect job. I couldn't be happier. I hope I never have to do this again, but if I do I will definitely go back to Collision Masters.
