We had a wonderful experience with Colorado Catering Company from start to finish. Organized and efficient setting menus and numbers to be served. They adjusted menus to serve our specific needs; adjusted room set-up as we asked; worked with our specific timings for appetizers and food. Luis and Christina were the lead servers on the day of the event, and were so positive, gracious and helpful, along with all of the service team. You could tell they took great pride in their presentation and working with customers. The quality of food was better than we hoped for, and guests loved it. We have nothing we wish CCC would have done differently, and simply put, they exceeded our expectations in every way and in every facet of our day...from the administrative side to the on-site service to the food preparation.
We had a birthday party catered and organized by Colorado Catering Company. The serves on site were very professional and took care of everything! They asked me if there was anything I needed all evening and helped with all the cleanup and hauling we had to do. The team who managed the bar was so accommodating and so sweet to our guest. The food was exceptional and the team set up and serve everything with fair and expertise! The entire team was so happy and did their job with joy. It was wonderful!
Amanda and her team were absolutely incredible! She organized everything--food, a tent, chairs, tables, linens and a great bar area--and handled last minute changes in setup times with ease and professionalism. Her communication and customer service were excellent from start to finish, and the food was not only delicious, but beautifully presented! The on-site staff, Jesse, Luis, Brianna, Annamarie and Aalexis all rocked it and made the event run flawlessly! We’re still talking about how amazing Colorado Catering was for our wedding. From the very beginning, Amanda made us feel taken care of. She was so kind, organized, and on top of every detail, and Chef Mike’s food was seriously some of the best we’ve ever had. The tasting alone sold us, but the experience just kept getting better. They helped us with rentals, adjusted the menu to fit all of our guests’ allergies, and worked with us on changes all the way up to the week of the wedding. Everything went off without a single issue. It was smooth, stress-free, and honestly one of the best parts of the whole day. And the food… unreal. We had so much of it, and every single thing was delicious and the service was impeccable. People are still telling us how amazing it all was. We couldn’t be more grateful for their team and everything they did to make our day feel effortless and full of joy. If you’re thinking about booking them, just do it. You’ll be so glad you did.
We worked with Amanda at Colorado Catering Company for our wedding in Golden, Colorado in April 2025. We had a great experience working with Amanda from day one. She was very responsive and was always willing to cater the event based on our requests. We talked to a few caterers, and Amanda was the only one who listened to our budget and special requests. Amanda helped us with our wedding vision and we couldn’t be happier. On the day of the event, everything went smoothly. Food was great and everything was on time. Staff was very nice. Went above and beyond to make us, the bride and groom, feel extra special and comfortable. Highly recommend.
