I have evaluated and visited numerous “CrossFit” or private gyms for our dragon boat team and this one has felt the most welcoming and has everything we need to train. A lot of other gyms felt very cliquey and not welcoming, which seemed to start with the owners. The owner of CFTN is nothing like that. He understands what a gym needs and the hospitality to elevate the experience. This is clearly seen in the members and how welcoming they are.
Best diversity, inclusion and place to workout 🏋️♀️ I’ve been a member for over two years and I love it! Also, they have the best prices in town.
Just GO HERE…. It is such an amazing and comforting space. Everyone is so good. Especially the trainers. I love Dan. He is an amazing coach. He helped me correcting my technique’s and built confidence of lifting more weights.! I feel so fit and confident because of CFT Terra Nova. Thank you Roberto for bringing everyone together.!
Just go. You will not regret jt. I have visited several CF gyms during my travels and this one is my favorite, second only to my gym at home☺️ Owner and coaches are excellent and the atmosphere is what I wish I could see everywhere. Plenty of challenge for experienced athletes, but makes all skill levels feel right at home. There was even a family working out together when I did my visit wods there! So precious❤️
Gente estupenda y entrenadores increíbles. No importa tu nivel de condición física, trabajan contigo. Las clases pequeñas hacen que sea más fácil entrenar y se toman su tiempo después de las clases si hay movimientos en los que quieras trabajar. Definitivamente seguiré volviendo
