After both my AC and heat went out in September and waiting 3 months for a different company to finally tell me they wouldn't be able to install the unit they quoted me for, I reached out to comfort pros. The middle of December and it started to get cold, I wanted to get heat installed before the holidays and time was running out. Jeff was extremely helpful providing a ton of information, being very responsive with any questions I had, and provided multiple tiers for my quote. Soon after I accepted my proposal, they were able to schedule me to install the new furnace and heat pump within a few days. During the install, they kept everything very clean and were not in the way at all while I was working from home. Once they finished, they explained everything about the new system and went over the new thermostat with me. They even initiated the rebate from xcel for me without me needing to do anything. It was a great experience from beginning to end, look forward to working with them in the future for any maintenance.
Comfort Clean truly saved the day. My sellers had the furnace serviced by them just a few weeks earlier, and then—of course—right before closing on New Year’s Eve, the ignitor went out and needed to be replaced. The buyer’s final walkthrough was at 1:00 pm and closing was scheduled for 2:00 pm. Without hesitation, Comfort Clean jumped into action and got someone out immediately. They diagnosed the issue, replaced the ignitor, and had the furnace working in time for the buyers to complete their walkthrough and still close on schedule. In real estate, timing is everything, and their responsiveness, professionalism, and sense of urgency made all the difference. They were truly a godsend, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I did a lot of research and got multiple quotes for my furnace replacement and humidifier and heat pump install. Every step and in every way, these guys were the best by far. Excellent support when I called in, respectful, educational, and helpful bid/sales visit, multiple easy-to-read but detailed quote options, regular updates prior to install, and an incredible install experience. When they were installing, they upgraded multiple existing items that weren’t up to code and didn’t charge me extra. Everyone I have interacted with has been kind, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. They are a family run business and they make sure you feel comfortable working with them. Oh - and they offered me the top line of equipment (Trane) and still came in thousands less than my other quotes. 5 stars all around. Thank you, Comfort Pros!
Jeff was here on time and got to work right away. He was able to fix the issues with my furnace and give me some advice to keep it working efficiently. The price was fair and I would recommend comfort pros for your comfort needs.
