Adam’s a great trainer and an even better person. He really knows his stuff and actually takes the time to make sure workouts make sense for you and your goals. He pushes you when you need it but also makes sure you’re training smart and not just going through the motions. Training with him never feels rushed or generic. If you’re looking for a solid trainer who cares and gets results, Adam’s your guy.
I found Syd at Community Strength Austin four months ago, and I’m so glad I did. I had no strength training experience and was intimidated to start, but Syd has been endlessly encouraging and supportive. I’m blown away at how much stronger I’ve become with just two sessions a week. Syd is an incredible trainer — I can’t recommend working with Syd enough!

The training hits that perfect balance of pushing you to grow and helping you meet goals and hit new PRs while also being mindful of where you are (injury, stress, etc) Knowledgeable modifications are always offered. Truly tailored to meet YOU. I feel challenged and encouraged. The expertise and professional skills are excellent and high caliber. Highly recommend.
I can't say enough great things about John at Community Strength Austin! He's not your average personal trainer- he really takes the time to study the imbalances in your body and gives you corrective exercises that get you out of pain and help keep you there. On top of that, he delivers a kick-ass workout that actually feels tailored to you and your goals. You will leave sweaty and feeling great! Coming from a background in therapeutic massage and physical therapy, I can honestly say John is incredibly knowledgable. You can tell he truly understands how the body works and treats each client based on what will actually benefit them, it's not a cookie-cutter program.
