We had a new geothermal system installed. The Controlled Comfort team was amazing. I could not be more pleased with the installation quality, knowledge of the installers, or the friendliness of the crew. I would definitely recommend Controlled Comfort and will be using them in the future.
My entire experience with Complete Comfort was excellent. Communication and professionalism are definitely important to them, which I appreciate. Tanner T. installed a smart thermostat for me and was very patient and pleasant when helping me set up a new account for the Honeywell app. (My original account for app was linked to a previous home.) I highly recommend Complete Comfort.
When my existing furnace quit working, the company I'd been using for years was quick to offer replacement. There was no explanation of efficiency or choices. I felt like my questions were cumbersome. As the weather was warm, I decided to get three other bids. My goal to update efficiency within the parameters of the federal tax credit available in 2025. This improvement would require the existing venting to be replaced outside. I asked for pictures of others work and I was horrified. PVC pipe all over the place. Complete Comfort had a specialist come out and design the new venting. They took measurements and offered different solutions. My neighbor even commented that cosmetically, my outside is beautiful and his well, obviously not done by Complete Comfort.🙂 The team also understood my request for a balanced clean look inside. Mark helped insure the system was exaclty what was needed. The project included heat/air and humidifier. We added an air scrubber for my allergies. The total price was reasonable. I shared headache concerns and they even inspected my water heater vent. My home is warm and the dust has decreased. My headaches are even getting better. I would say it is a miracle, actually it's a great company that listens, cares and goes above and beyond to solves the customers needs. Thank you Mark, Anzio, Hugie and Logan. Your expertise is truley appreciated. I could not imagine a better experience. Thank you so much!
The folks here are always understanding when something goes wrong, they do everything they can to get us back running quickly. I appreciate receiving the text that my technician is on the way and includes a photo so I know who to expect. They are always friendly and explain what has happened. Recently, DJ was here to reset our furnace and he went ahead with our seasonal maintenance check as well which was great! We have had the team install new furnaces at multiple houses and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our HVAC needs.

I worked directly with the owner, Jeff, and he took great care of us throughout the entire project. Jeff and his team are true professionals—knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The replacement went flawlessly, and communication was clear and on point every step of the way. The bid was fair, with no surprises, which we really appreciated.
