Great service they fix my iPhone 13 broken screen and my daughter‘s MacBook Pro that was water damage
This is my first time visiting computer house and the customer support was absolutely amazing and the guy who is running the place has an amazing vibe towards customers. Also they offered me a free mouse just for writing this review so I am give them a five star not only for the mouse but because they have a very amazing vibe and amazing customer service.
Larry is the man! He found me a part that I couldn't find anywhere. He is super cool and helped me when I needed it the most. He has everything you could ever need in his store as far as electronics go. Don't go anywhere else if you need electronic help or products
Larry and his crew are the best! I take all my devices to him and they get me right every time. They Computer House repaired my water damaged iPhone and replaced my broken laptop screen and I purchased a laptop. They always give me great prices and literally the quickest turn around time. I highly recommend 👌
Absolutely Terrible Business – Do Not Trust Them With Your Computer Computer House is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. I left my computer with them for over six weeks for what should have been a simple operating system update. After all that wasted time, I was finally told they could not even perform the update! This is not an isolated experience—I’ve tried to give this business multiple chances with three different computers, and each time the service has been unprofessional, unreliable, and flat-out unacceptable. If this had been the only CPU for my company, their negligence could have completely shut down my operations. What’s worse is that they knew from the start they couldn’t provide the service, yet they held onto my equipment for weeks before admitting it. The front desk staff only made matters worse. They were dismissive, uninterested, and carried themselves as if customer concerns were irrelevant. Their attitude showed no urgency, no professionalism, and no respect for the people keeping their doors open. This business operates with bad faith, bad service, and bad character. It’s beyond frustrating and truly unbelievable that a computer repair shop can treat its customers this way. I will never do business with Computer House again, and I strongly recommend that no one else should either.
