We took our son there yesterday for his first haircut and we had Julie, she was extremely patience with our son as he kept moving his head around dued to being scared. we played his favorite videos it went better from there, he was too scared and I had to hold him while she worked on him. there were plenty of funny moments that had all of laughing from his facial expression toward Julie, Julie if you see this, he stranger danger all the way he treats everyone like that who he doesn't know which is a good thing. will absolutely ask for Julie again. the only thing that we could improve if she just checked where the kid will be all cleaned off, cause there was hair from previous kid that was cut there and if she just cleaned off our son a bit better. there was hair all up in his ears and he is a bit of a clean freak. but that can just be fixed with communication next time we have her. we are understanding about her being focus getting it done since he was swimming all around. Thank you Julie you were wonderful!!!
We booked any availability both times we have come and had a great experience. We had Chandi tonight and had the best experience with our repeat customer and our first time cut. Walked in a few minutes early and got right in for our appointments and she did such a great job. Will definitely be back
Jenny did amazing with my husband's haircut. He usually does it himself but I'm so glad we went with a professional this time. Julie did my son's first haircut and she was so patient and so kind even though he was losing his mind and it looks amazing. We will definitely be going back soon.
If I could rate 10/10 I would! This location is so welcoming, accommodating and just overall enjoyable. I tried to find a place closer to home but immediately left and drove here. Ms. Shandy and Ms. Jenny are the best. They always make my baby feel at home and at ease.
Bailey was a rockstar! She managed to give my daughter a perfect haircut in just 10 minutes *while* my kid was crying, bouncing, and doing a full cardio workout in the chair. Her hair was shoulder-length, but Bailey handled it like a pro—super gentle, super fast, and totally in sync with our requests. Highly recommend this place if your kid turns into a wiggle monster during haircuts!
