Transitioned to Cooks from our previous company as it was bought out and the products were ineffective and service lackluster but cost the same. Cooks sales person that came to give cost and product info was very thorough in his job and answered all questions. Our tech did a thorough job and explained everything she did and why. The termite tech came almost at same time and did the same. He was here for several hours and did a meticulous job with termites plan. So, right now we are very pleased. If things she deteriorate I should be able to update my review. But for now we are please and one more thing...the communication with text reminders is wonderful.
Charles, the technician who always takes care of my home is a great asset to Cooks. He is respectful, though and always willing to spend a few minutes explaining what he is doing.

Darius was extremely professional and thorough. He came on a day where we had a hard freeze and the tops of the bait stations were frozen tight. He made sure he inspected all stations even though it took 3 times as long as expected. He also made corrections needed from previous station replacements. Darius is an outstanding asset to Cooks!
Cook’s does a great job and their technicians are professional and always very nice. I like the fact that they communicate via text as to when the next service is approaching and asking if there are any specific needs to address. The only CON we have had, is they have not come inside our home since we had the contract in 2023 that I can recall. And, this most recent time we had several different types of insects that we had issues with inside our home. However, they had no problem addressing those concerns. The supervisor even came out a couple of days later and checked on the job that the technician performed and left his business card in the event that we had any problems. Customer service is the key, and him knowing that we had had these problems is probably why he came by to check on things. I recommend Cook’s Pest Control.
