We've used Rick several times for over a year. Not because of the phones he's sold us or the service he provides (everything has been excellent), but because of our child's carelessness. :) We're so impressed that he's (promptly) come to our house every time, very knowledgeable, thoroughly explains things, and his prices are very good on service and refurbished phones. I was so pleased with Rick’s service! He was extremely courteous, professional, and accommodating. He came to our home and had our problem fixed in less than 30 minutes and was kind enough to share what he was doing while working through the repairs. His knowledge was so helpful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and will be calling on him again with any tech difficulties in the future!
