We had the best experience with Cool Times at our Foundation Fighting Blindness VisionWalk! They were incredibly generous and so easy to work with, truly one of the kindest vendors we've had. Despite the pouring rain, their team showed up with smiles, served delicious ice cream, and stayed for a great amount of time to make sure our walkers had a special treat. Their staff was so friendly and professional, highly recommend Cool Times for any event!
Cool Times Ice Cream Truck came to our Fall Baseball/Softball Tournament on a hot weekend in September. They were easy to work with and ice cream was enjoyed by all. Would definitely invite them again to an event!
We had Cool Times come for a neighborhood back to school night. Scheduling was easy, they sent confirmations through email and text. Our driver called ahead of time to let us know she was on the way. I've used Cool Times Ice Cream twice and both experiences have been great! Our driver for our kids birthday party was so bubbly and professional. She was patient with the kids, played music, and interacted with them. Everyone was so excited and it was money well spent!
We had such a great experience with Cool Times! They were so easy to work with and schedule, plus our employees loved having an ice cream day at work! They were able to dispatch multiple trucks to come to all 6 of our offices around the same time so that we could have the experience together as a company. They even played the nostalgic music from the trucks, although they can play whatever you request. Highly recommend this as a nice stress break for your staff!
