Absolutely recommend this clinic. They are very empathetic and patient with you and your pet. I brought in my dog with a severe blockage and the Dr. performed a successful surgery same day. I'm very thankful and will continue to have my dog's care here.
Dr. Paez-Castro saved my dog’s life. She is a 12 year old German Shepard. Despite her aggressiveness, the vet team at this clinic did everything they could to make her feel safe and comfortable. She had a horrible skin infection in addition to a tumor on her front paw. They shaved her, bathed her with antibacterial soap, and extracted the tumor. Eventually the leg had to be amputate and Dr. Paez performed the amputation free of charge. My dog is now doing much better and walking perfectly on 3 legs. The doctor and the entire team are extremely caring and would do anything to see that a pet is healthy and happy.
Today I took Olivia my dog for a check-up. I found a super professional and caring doctor who made Olivia feel very safe. The staff there were also all very attentive. I recommend them to anyone looking for safety and professional expertise.
I’ve taken both my dogs to this clinic and have been happy every time I’ve come here. Dr. Oscar and all of the staff are attentive, amiable, and have gone above and beyond helping my two girls. He does a great job of explaining procedures, explaining the costs before paying, and providing information throughout the process. One of my dogs is very anxious but he was able to accommodate us and still provide great care and services. I really appreciate all of the effort him and the staff put into helping us.
We went in for my 14 year old chihuahua unable to relieve himself. He didn’t even growl at the puppy in the waiting room, and if you know chihuahua’s, you know this is a sign of a major problem. Thankfully Dr Oscar was able to run some tests, then stay late and perform emergency surgery that same day. Now our little grandpa is doing much better, all healed up, and back to his grumpy self growling and barking at other dogs. I’ve had this dog since I was 19. He is family and it meant the world to me and my husband that the doctor took the time to help us ensure he’s still with us and hopefully will be for many more years to come. We will be taking all of our pets here in the future due to the care and kindness we were shown our first day walking through those doors. I can confidently recommend this business to anyone else who has pets in need of care.
