Was in a real bind trying to get an instant online activation code for DaVinci Resolve Studio. After checking Blackmagic's support and recommended dealers, none said instant delivery, and after calling 3 dealers on the list (none of which knew the online process) I found Coremicro who immediately sent the code, AND responded immediately to a tech question via chat 10/10

I was really excited after placing an order with OfficeWonderland, but to my disappointment, they canceled it due to insufficient stock. That was frustrating! So, I decided to keep looking and stumbled upon COREMICRO, where I found another great deal. I was looking for a critical piece of equipment that CoreMicro had in stock. They were able to send it over night which helped immensely. The device failed I called back and got Kenny and without hesitation Kenny had another one back out to me in time to help with our service. Our communication was clear and to the point.
