Cottin’s Automotive is trustworthy and polite! They saved me $800+! I thought I needed new brakes, but they were honest and told me they were fine. Not all auto ships would be honest like that! I highly recommend!
What can I say about this establishment except I'm very pleased and appreciative for them taking their time to service my vehicle. I made an appointment on a regular business day but forgot that I had other obligations. I called them to reschedule and since they were closed on my next available day (the day after Thanksgiving) they made an exception and were able to get me in. Talk about going above and beyond! I highly recommend this family owned repair shop for all of your car services. They were very friendly and efficient.
Great mechanics, great customer service. I went there thinking I was in for a hefty bell.They were willing to work with my aftermarket warranty and we all know that can be hard Sometimes. give these guys a shot If you're in a tough situation\..They took care of business, and I was out the door within the same day, and it didn't cost me thousands of dollars could've good job, guys.
I took the car in because I had a problem where the electrical system shut down. I also wanted to get the oil changed. Dan let me know that the battery cables were loose and the solved the electrical problem. I had also told him about finding oil on the garage floor. He indicated that the oil filter had a slight leak. That work had been done by the dealer. With the oil change came a new filter and the problem was solved. Dan informed me that it might be a good idea to change the fluids in the crankcase and differentials. I thought it made sense and had him do it. All the work was done in one day. Couldn’t ask for better.
Very positive experience! Dan is always professional and friendly and is able to diagnose problems with quick efficiency. Lonny is a very knowledgeable and effective automotive technician and I have complete trust in him to take care of my Acura mdx. Pricing is comparable in this market and a AAA discount is offered. Overall, Cottins is my "go to" place of business and will be in the future. Ps: parking is certainly a challenge and can't wait for the proposed move across the street.
